SUE SMALKOWSKI

Sue Smalkowski
ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sue Smalkowski’s work embraces the myriad patterns and complex gradations of nature. The world depicted within this collection of paintings explores webs, intracies and illusions—what is seen is often a refraction of light, a reaction, a memory. Nature, however, is never undulating—it is a constant force and one that drags the memory forward into the visceral—into the moment of the now.
- Dr Robyn Morris, 2010
